iconss are used on the grayscale Danger Hiptop wireless communicator.
The icons were needed in two sizes, 32 x 32 pixels and 16 x 16 pixels.
Each needed a solid black outline which used no antialiasing, and
needed to match the corresponding splash screen. Used on the T-Mobile
